Shipping Policy
As a one man operation, every transaction is handled by myself. This includes taking orders, building the pedals, and sending them to you. I take great pride on completing the transaction as smooth as possible for my customers and making sure each pedal is of the highest quality that I can make it.
Since Rectifier Effects is based in Malaysia, local customers can enjoy cheaper shipping costs managed by DHL, NinjaVan or Poslaju. For international customers, shipping will cost RM120 (around USD25) for the time being and this applies to every country other than Malaysia. You can save on shipping with combined items (just leave me a message with your order number(s)).
Return & Exchange Policy
If you encounter issues or are not satisfied with the product, please shoot me an e-mail or contact me directly through the website and I will try my best to rectify it. This includes warranty claims, shipment issues or broken products.
